To ensure every guest receives our full attention, we encourage pre-booking appointments.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or no-shows may incur a fee up to the full service price.

Arriving late may affect your scheduled service. We will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled if time does not allow.
For a serene and focused experience, we ask that children not be brought to appointments unless they are receiving a service.

Payment is due at the time of service. Certain services may require a deposit to secure your appointment, which will be applied to your service.

Retail purchases are final and non-refundable.
